Who we are

What the service is

Reports and data packs are an automated, indicative screening from open satellite and geographic data, for information and planning. They are not a fire forecast or warning, they do not determine the legal forest status of land (the official forest maps and the competent authorities do), they do not replace the risk assessment form and technical report signed by an engineer, and they are not legal advice. In a fire, call 112.

Prices and payment

The owner report costs €99 including VAT. Engineer packs and credit codes are priced before VAT. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

Delivery and right of withdrawal

The report is delivered as soon as payment completes and is emailed to you. Because you expressly ask for immediate delivery of digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends on delivery. If a report cannot be produced, or is materially incomplete through our fault, we will rerun it or refund you.

Engineer codes

Each pack uses one credit. Codes do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. Keep your code safe: anyone holding it can use it.

Liability

The data come from third-party sources (Copernicus, EFFIS, OpenStreetMap) and may be out of date or inaccurate. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any report is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting the protection the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
