The data for the risk assessment form, ready in a minute

For each property you assess under the property fire-protection regulation (ΦΕΚ Β' 3475/2023), PyroSim gathers the values for criteria 5.1 to 5.6 from Copernicus satellite data, with the indicative band, the source and ΕΓΣΑ'87 coordinates. You confirm on site and sign.

5.1 Landform

Landform (valley, gorge, ridge) and aspect from the 30 m Copernicus DEM.

5.2 Climate

Days per year of extreme FWI from ERA5 (proxy). Köppen and Annex B filled in by the engineer.

5.3 Slope

Mean and maximum slope within 100 m, with the form band.

5.4 Vegetation

Fuel type from Corine, CLC+ 2021 and HRL Forest Type, at 30/100/300 m.

5.5 Infrastructure

Roads, neighbouring buildings, power lines and water points from OpenStreetMap.

5.6 Incidence

EFFIS burnt areas within 1, 2 and 5 km since 2016.
